William Love - Owner

William Love

William Love is also part owner of SERVPRO of Olive Branch & Marshall County. Will grew up on the Mississippi coast and lived through Hurricane Katrina. After the storm, he was inspired to be able to help others in the community during trying times.


Before he became a SERVPRO franchise owner he was a stay-at-home dad and part-time pastry chef! He enjoys whipping up cookies, cakes, and his famous Tiramisu. Will also loves hanging out with his wife, 2 daughters, and the boys.

Taylor Rosson - Owner

Taylor Rosson

As one of the owners of SERVPRO of Olive Branch & Marshall County Taylor is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of all facets of the organization. He is trained, certified, and experienced in water and fire damage restoration through SERVPRO Industries, and holds Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) certifications from the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).  He graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor's degree in 2013.


Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, exercising, music, and passionately following all of his sports teams.

Jim Metteauer - Owner

Jim Metteauer

Jim Metteauer is part owner of SERVPRO of Olive Branch & Marshall County. He grew up in a small town in East Texas and later went on to attain a degree in Civil Engineering. Post-grad he traveled to seventeen countries and worked in the oil fields for 12 years. He has always enjoyed servicing people and the construction industry and consequently joined forces with his two friends to start SERVPRO of Olive Branch & Marshall County together. He is a licensed mold contractor in Louisiana and Texas, and he has his residential and commercial contractor license in the state of Louisiana. When he is not at work he loves spending time with his beagle-greyhound mix, Carolina, and taking her on adventures!
